Available between April and July, these California-grown avocados combine flavor and environmental responsibility, being sold both in bulk and in innovative, recyclable packaging. According to John Dmytriw, Vice President of Business Development at Index Fresh , the public response has been very positive, reinforcing confidence in its potential within the domestic market.

In addition to their exquisite flavor, the production of these avocados stands out for its sustainable approach. GEM's trees are compact and have a high fruiting density, allowing for greater production in less space and protecting the fruit from extreme weather conditions. Furthermore, the California Crema program prioritizes biodegradable and compostable packaging, reducing the product's environmental footprint.
