Six weeks of good prices are projected for avocados in Europe.

The Avobook report for week 38 shows that the decline in Peruvian fruit and delays in large shipments from Chile are contributing to the high prices seen in that continent. Meanwhile, in the United States, Mexican fruit dominates with an 87% market share, although prices for medium-sized fruit are trending downward.

The Avobook Week 38 Report shows a clear upward trend in prices in Europe, as well as in China, where the price difference between sizes remains small, but with most sizes fetching good prices. Conversely, the United States is experiencing a significant decline in the value of large avocados, in a market where Mexico practically dominates with its avocados.

Remember that the details of each figure and the weekly evolution of the movements of the world avocado market in all markets and origins can be found in the Avobook Premium Report of Week 38.
