February was a month when the packing plants started operating… now in March they are almost at full capacity. Some orchards still don't have adequate dry matter (they are below 21%), but until the end of March the limiting factor will be the packing plants' processing capacity. Some packing plants are already working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
