The Brazil Conference & Expo 2025 will bring together leaders of the fresh produce supply chain in São Paulo
São Paulo is preparing to host the 2025 edition of The Brazil Conference & Expo, Latin America's most important event dedicated to the entire fruit, flower, vegetable, and produce (FFLV) supply chain. Organized by the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) in partnership with Francal Feiras, the event will take place on August 6 and 7 at Expo Center Norte, one of Brazil's leading convention centers.
Established as the leading meeting place for industry professionals, the event expects to surpass last year's attendance, which brought together more than 4,000 people from 24 Brazilian states and 16 countries. In 2025, the exhibition will offer a high-level program combining strategic content, business opportunities, and showcases of product and service innovations.
The program will feature Cathy Burns, CEO of IFPA, as the keynote speaker. Internationally recognized for her leadership in the sector, Burns will open the conference series by sharing her vision on the challenges and opportunities facing the fresh produce supply chain globally.
For two days, the public can participate in thematic conferences, panels, networking opportunities, Arena Talks, and a comprehensive trade exhibition featuring producers, exporters, distributors, retailers, technology providers, logistics operators, packaging companies, refrigerated transport providers, software companies, and solutions providers for the entire supply chain. One of the confirmed panels will address the role of Brazilian agriculture as a climate solution and its strategic importance on the COP30 agenda.
The event offers various participation options, from a visitor pass with access to the fair and talks in the Arena Talks, to the Complete Experience, which includes access to exclusive conferences, VIP breakfast, lounge access, happy hour, and other benefits. Registration will be available soon through the official website, with payment options including credit card, Pix, and bank slip.
The Brazil Conference & Expo 2025 will also have the support of Avobook as a media partner, which reinforces the commitment to specialized coverage of innovation, sustainability and trends in the agri-food sector.
With a focus on sustainable development, operational efficiency, and the enhancement of fresh produce, The Brazil Conference & Expo positions itself as a key space to boost the growth and competitiveness of the FFLV sector in Latin America and the world.
