With 148 containers exported, Peru marks the gradual closure of its 2025 campaign

The Peruvian campaign is entering its final phase with a notable reduction in shipments. During the close of week 40, the country exported 148 containers, representing a decrease of nearly 50% compared to the previous week. However, compared to the same period last year, the result remains remarkably positive, with an increase of 244%, reflecting the strong performance that characterized the 2025 season.

Regarding export destinations, Europe remains the main market, accounting for 90% of shipments, while Asia received 5.4% and Chile 4%. Even so, shipments to the European continent showed a sharp decline in market share, falling from 71% in week 39 to 55% in week 40, confirming the gradual closing of the Peruvian campaign.
