China with a particularity in prices

The Chinese market is covered by two South American neighbors: Peru, which is responsible for 80% of the 29 containers that arrived; and Chile, which contributes the other 20%.

It's a destination where prices showed little movement, especially for medium sizes, which barely changed from week to week. The situation is similar for small sizes, where the decrease is slight.

However, in the large calibers there was a significant drop and that gave rise to a peculiarity that is almost exclusive to this market: medium calibers are priced better than large ones.

The details of all these statistics can be found in the Avobook Report for Week 37, which in its Premium version shows a breakdown of all origins and destinations, with their arrivals and prices.

Remember that the details of each figure and the weekly evolution of the movements of the world avocado market in all markets and origins can be found in the Avobook Premium Report of Week 37.
