Chicago Fire FC and avocados from Peru team up to launch the #AvoFire Ultimate Soccer giveaway
CHICAGO (July 1, 2024) – Chicago Fire FC and Avocados from Peru have announced an exciting partnership designating Avocados from Peru as the official avocado and superfood of Chicago Fire FC. This partnership will bring a variety of activation and co-branding opportunities at Fire matches, on social and digital channels, and throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Additionally, in partnership with Mariano's Supermarkets, the #AvoFire Ultimate Soccer Sweepstakes have been launched, offering fans the chance to win a co-branded 2024 Tesla Model Y with AVO Fire.
The #AvoFire Ultimate Soccer Sweepstakes will give fans the chance to win a variety of prizes, including Chicago Fire VIP experiences and a shopping spree at Mariano's. The grand prize is a 2024 Tesla Model Y, decorated with Fire-themed graphics and the logos of Avocados from Peru, Mariano's, and Chicago Fire. Entrants can enter at chicagofire.com/avocados, at local Mariano's stores using a QR code, or on the Instagram channels of Chicago Fire, Mariano's, and Avocados from Peru. The sweepstakes runs until September 16, 2024, and the winner will be determined during the Fire's match against Toronto FC on September 28, 2024.
In addition to the sweepstakes, the partnership will also highlight the health benefits of avocados through various activations across the Fire's social and digital channels, stadium signage, LED screens, and pre-game activities. The AVO Fire co-branded Tesla will be on display at all MLS regular season home games from July 3 to September 28, allowing fans to see it and scan the QR code to enter the sweepstakes.
