Avobook Report Preview W15-2025

US volume falls 37%, Europe exceeds 1,000 containers, and Peru leads shipments

The close of week 14 marks a significant drop in the volume of shipments to the United States, with a decrease of 37% compared to the previous week and 24% less than in the same period last year.

Meanwhile, Europe has surpassed 1,000 containers for the first time this season, repeating the pattern observed this same week last year. China, for its part, is registering a temporary drop in arrivals, which could be attributed to a logistical delay.

Regarding prices, increases are observed in smaller sizes in the US and general stability in Europe. Peru continues to gain prominence as the main supplier, with a sustained increase in its weekly shipments.
