Mexico regains strength in the US while Peru advances in Europe

In the United States, revenue increased 33% compared to the previous week, driven primarily by the recovery of Mexican volume, which accounted for 87% of the total. Colombia also showed a significant increase, while Chile and California saw a decrease in their market share. Regarding prices, a smaller gap is observed between large and small sizes, with a rebound in smaller sizes such as 70 and 84.

In Europe, volumes remain below last year's levels, although Peru is rapidly gaining prominence, approaching Israel as the leading supplier. In China, the market continues to expand with shipments almost exclusively from Peru and a significant price increase. Chile maintains a significant share in Latin America, but its presence in the US and Europe is declining, while Peru is positioning itself as the next major European supplier, even though its shipments remain below last year's levels.
