California appears in shipments to the United States, and Israel surpasses 200 shipments to Europe.

During the fourth week of 2025, the global avocado market showed significant movements in volume and prices. In the United States, week 3 marked a record high in shipments, led by Mexico with a 91% share.

In Europe, volumes decreased by 10%, highlighting the strong presence of Israel with 41% of the market, while Colombia and Morocco significantly reduced their shipments.

In Colombia, arrivals increased by 13% compared to the previous week, while in China, the market remains stable with low volumes from Chile. Significant changes are expected with the arrival of shipments from Peru in the coming weeks.
