October to February: the biggest sale of the year in Mexico

Last week a significant volume was harvested: 39,000 tons, of which 25,468 were exported, with a utilization rate of 85%.

To date, exports are up 8% compared to last season, although more orchards have also been visited and harvested.

This week's harvest is expected to be approximately 26,000 tons. Please note that there will be no harvesting or packing on a holiday.

The available hectares have remained stable this week, at 37,000.

Mexico continues to increase its market share and has now reached 86%. Peru is at 8% and California at 6%.

Monthly consumption has not shown significant growth, and we hope that with the most relevant promotions, we can see greater dynamism in the US market.

Prices in Mexico remain very competitive, which should allow for significant promotions.

From October to February, Mexico will have its peak fruit supply period, so we don't anticipate significant price changes. There will be an abundant supply during these months.
