Market stable this week with lower price vs 2025

Mexico

Last week, the harvest under the U.S. program reached 23,740 tons. Of that volume, 20,590 tons were exported, representing an 86% utilization rate.

For this week, the harvest estimate is 22,000 tons, very similar to the previous week.

The availability of hectares for harvesting stands at 32,082, 16% higher than last year. This figure confirms that consumption continues to rise and that more land is being incorporated into the program.

Regarding prices, the value in the field is 10% below that recorded in the same period of 2025.

I wish you all a wonderful week.
