From success to strategy: this is how the Moroccan countryside is preparing for a new season
Morocco
From Morocco, in the thick of fieldwork, the atmosphere is one of satisfaction but also of focus. We have concluded an exceptional season, one that marks a turning point in a company's history. With 135,000 tons already harvested, we have not only exceeded expectations but have broken all previous records. Production has tripled compared to last year, an achievement that is not by chance but the result of constant, strategic, and dedicated work.
However, this success leaves no room for rest. Now is the time for pruning, treatment, applying technical knowledge to tree care, and ensuring that the next cycle begins under the best possible conditions. We are also immersed in the nutrition phase, right after fruit set, fine-tuning every detail to maintain a healthy and sustainable production.
All of this is happening while we simultaneously make progress in preparing the documentation and technical documentation for key certifications, in addition to maintaining our organic farms. These standards are not just market demands, but commitments we have made to the environment, consumers, and our own vision of what responsible agriculture should be.
Looking ahead to the next season, our forecasts are ambitious: we estimate a 40 to 50% increase in production. However, this is contingent on one non-negotiable condition: that the weather cooperates. Agriculture is, ultimately, a dance with nature, and while technology and human effort set the rhythm, the weather has the final say.
Meanwhile, we remain here, on the ground, building that future one step at a time.
